I recently bought a Touareg. The buying process was easy and very pleasant. I opted to update the SatNav systems which requires a VW SD card and a separate Activation Code. This is not a straightforward exercise but Alex the Service Manager was a great assistance, played with a very straight bat and we got it done. Excellent communications throughout and great Customer Relations. Thanks very much.

I called on Friday afternoon to ask about a car I'd seen advertised on autotrader and found Bradley most helpful, knowledgeable and genuine so I visited the showroom the following morning. I had never bought a car from a garage before but after meeting Bradley and seeing the car in very good condition with a full service history at a reasonable price I realized that this place was a very good one to buy from. We purchased a VW EOS (2litre TFSI Auto) from Buckingham. It is a beautiful car. The EOS has a retractable metal folding roof which converts the car into a convertible. Unfortunately, after 4 months it developed a serious fault with the roof failing to open fully. As we live in Mid-Wales, we first took it to a VW dealer who confirmed a serious problem. Buckingham asked us to bring the car in for them to investigate. . As it could not be fixed in a day, they provided us with a courtesy car which they filled with fuel.
