Wonderful service from Alex and his team at Buckingham's. I can highly recommend them and Alex in particular who does a great job in often very difficult circumstances . Sold a vehicle where the cam chain was at full stretch was even told that it was changed and would last the life of the vehicle. drove it for 1 year the when it snapped they wouldn't help me I paid for extra cover for 3 years. They wouldn't even advise me on what to do, trading standards informed and passed to the ombudsman. I'm a single dad needed a car and they saw me coming. Plus you say you have seen me since which you haven't Also on the day I phoned Alex stated that another Audi had just come in with the same fault which was 1 of yours I have details of the timing chain supposedly being changed which bill stated it was already changed. Very poor on your behalf

Not the best experience. I have been there for an mot and service and never been offered a wash. Thought it would have been part of a £300 service! Both visits cost me more money then anticipated. I'm still befuddled over the windscreen wiper which worked fine all week in the rain and then failed the mot due to a 4" tear in the middle! I won't be returning. Back to lookers for me. On a positive note, it is in a good location and the staff seem polite.

Buckingham was recommended to me by a friend and I will now be doing the same to any friends looking for cars. I was looking for a first car for my son to learn to drive in. I met Bradley who went over and above to make the experience enjoyable and he was clearly knowledgeable about the cars. He helped us find the perfect car, a Polo, for my son who was over the moon. The car was an excellent deal. I had been a bit concerned about buying a second hand car as there can always be issues. I needn't have worried - The Polo we bought was in excellent condition but there was a small issue that arose after about 1 month. I spoke with Alex in the Service Manager and he had the car booked in the same day and fixed with no quibble and no fuss. I can't recommend Buckingham's, and in particular Brad and Alex, highly enough. Would definitely shop there again.

I purchased an Audi Q5 for my wife from Buckingham a little over 12 months ago and I had the pleasure of dealing with Billy and his wife. I was very nervous and apprehensive about parting with a lot of cash but I have been delighted with the car and service since our purchase. What pleased me the most was the level of energy and responsiveness Billy and his team put behind the after sales service and not just 'the sale'. Here are a few examples: 1. My wife took the car back for a minor stereo fault... fixed with no charge. 2. We took the car in for a routine MOT, 45 minutes later the car was ready to take away. 3. Today we took the car in for a service and I saw Billy, to my surprise he remembered me, my wife and the children. A class act and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks Buckingham.
